Tomorrow morning by train (ICE) from Nijmegen to Düsseldorf, Germany and then from there to JFK. The real journey starts next Sunday on the Maple Leaf and will ultimately bring us to LA. From what I've heard so far on this forum dinner service will be closed at ultimately 8.30 pm, but the dinner car stays open a lot longer. Ruud
