CL speed between COV and PGH
Why is the Capitol Limited scheduled to average 30mph between Connellsville, PA, and Pittsburgh? It's always been pretty frustrating that the train takes twice as long as driving between DC and Ohio, and this two hour span of crawling along seems to exemplify the problem.
