    Train surfer shorts pantograph.

Here in France, the DC (1,500V) draws about 1,000A and the AC (25,000V) approx 60A. I guess the 12,500V would draw more or less one hundred amps. A thought for his family, his stupidity (and certainly lack of education) were severely paid.

Train Simulator 2014 is Out (As of 9/26/13)

Many thanks, it works now. In fact, you mustn't release the brakes before you reached the speed restriction. It makes the brakings quite viril ! :-)

Train Simulator 2014 is Out (As of 9/26/13)

Hi Fan Railer, Have you noticed a bug with the AWS ? It seems it doesn't work properly on the ACS-64, I always get an emergency braking if a speed restriction is detected, even if I use full service brake immediately after the alert. Any idea ?

Train Simulator 2014 is Out (As of 9/26/13)

Hello, Many thanks for your videos, I really enjoy them. Your last ones were a very good news for me, the P42 for TS2014 was available ! I am still a newbie with TS2014 and I wondered how do you modify the parameters of your engines ? Are there good tutorials over there ? Thanks again,

Engines on Sunset Ltd./Bayou Canot accident

Yes you're right, the F40 on its left side is the #262. I was talking about the locomotive that can be seen in the TV doc, next to the Genesis on the recovery barge. It is the #312 (no doubt as the numbers, not destroyed by the fire, are still visible).

What does your Forum User Name mean?

My username means my love for the engine you can see on the left, the French X996. (A locomotive Amtrak, unlike me, didn't really appreciate... :) ). Even if I enjoy seeing the AEM-7 on the NEC, I would have loved admiring an american version of the CC21000. Unfortunately, even if this type...

Engines on Sunset Ltd./Bayou Canot accident

Never watched this one but after a quick search the episode of Forensic Files about the Big Bayou Canot accident is "Visibility Zero", supposedly an episode of the 8th season.

Engines on Sunset Ltd./Bayou Canot accident

If it is the one that is laid on its right side on the barge, it should be the #312.

Engines on Sunset Ltd./Bayou Canot accident

Thanks. Found it, regarding the shape of the roof, I'd say it is one of the F40 cab, no ?

Engines on Sunset Ltd./Bayou Canot accident

Hi, I watched this doc quite recently but I do not remember having seen any photo from inside a cab, could you tell me when is it in this documentary ? It is in this very interesting tv report that one can see never seen before view of the #312 half submerged in the river.

Engines on Sunset Ltd./Bayou Canot accident

Yes, it does. :) :) :) Thanks for your words. I still can't believe how they (RR) handle my "case", I can understand the subject of my thread (the same as this one) could have shocked as well as the photos I posted (they show the violence and the horror of this accident) but what a rudeness...

Engines on Sunset Ltd./Bayou Canot accident

Off topic, is there anybody from the RAILROAD.NET forum here ? My recently created account and posts were all deleted without any notice, is it a common practice in that forum ?? I am sure it has something to see with the fact I posted some photos of the wrecked engines but I've never seen...

Who in the world are you?

Then, it might be possible that I drove you at La Defense or Vaucresson during my first year in the company. Paris---St Nom-la-Bretèche is a line on which they assign "young engineers". Do you remember them ? ;)
