Heat restrictions.

CSX has imposed heat restrictions on all the commuter services for the past few days, and I'm sure that Amtrak has been affected too.

Not only that, between 1300-1700 CSX has heat restrictions on all Amtrak trains (I think its like 50mph).

Except Tri-Rail. Since the state DOT owns the tracks it's made the decision not to impose heat restrictions on the Miami Subdivision. The heat orders are in effect 1300-1900. Passenger trains are to reduce their speed to 50 MPH, all slow orders are to be reduced by 10 MPH if over 30 MPH, under 30 stay the same.
