everyone is in everybody's face-it is too brigthly lit-there is no room for luggage-it is like riding in a plane--it is european in style of seating etc--the seats are too close together and do not recline properly-the odor from the restrooms fills the cars and on top of everything else it always runs late---it was designed by people who looked at trains but who obviously never rode one! On every count the amfleet cars outshine the new ones
