AMEX points to AGR?

I have 5000 AMEX points from AMEX Blue card. Can I transfer them 1:1 to OnePass (Continental) and then 1:1 to AGR?

I don't have OnePass account yet.

Is there any catch?

Should I be some kind of special member (like Select on AGR or some "special" member on OnePass)?

No catch, other than your need to open a One Pass account.

You only need status or the AGR credit card with some Amtrak travel, to transfer points out of AGR. Inbound there are no restrictions on the AGR side.
