When I saw the Northbound Amtrak Adirondack Train at the Croton-Harmon Train station this past Saturday and I saw it with a Vermonter Baggage Car and so I want to know what kind of Baggage Cars does the Adirondack Trains have at this time?

It uses whatever baggage car Amtrak has handy in Sunnyside yard. There is no specific car assigned to the Adirondack.

I've even seen the Vermonter car on the California Zephyr...

The various baggage cars can be seen all over the system. Adirondack will take whatever Sunnyside has since it has no special requirements (i.e. push-pull like the Vermonter bug does).

When I took it last summer it had one of the city themed Amfleet food service cars (not sure if cafe or lounge) I believe the way up was Washington DC and from MTR to NYP was Philadelphia.
