I just received a survey from Amtrak for the leg of my trip from Chicago to Sacramento last June. It would be nice if it came out sooner since it is sometimes difficult to remember details of each leg of a trip. For example there were "hearing announcement problems" on a couple of the legs but it is hard to remember which ones. Maybe the survey should be for the entire trip.
