Are any Heritage Lounges in use?

I was reading a recently posted travelog on trainweb by Matt Metzer's travel on the Southwest Chief and browsing through a set of photos he took out of the southwest chief of cars in the chicago yard, I noticed a picture he took of one of the ex-Andirondack Heritage Lounge cars hooked up to a Viewliner sleeper!! Is it possible that this car is actually in service, I mean I dont know any other reason it would be hooked up to the Viewliner! heres the picture

Are the Ex Adirondack Heritage Lounge Cars are still in Service and on what Amtrak Train Routes?
