Sounds like there is a plan. However, he failed to mention plans for developing the Chicago to St. Louis corridor, and the Chicago-Detroit corridor. These routes have received significant upgrades in the last two or three years. It is a serious omission to not mention these routes.
I do support all the other improvements, and will be glad for any improments that are made.
