CP ... Glenview to Rondout on the Metra Fox Lake Line
Amtrak: owns the Track from Porter Indiana to Niles Michigan
Class II: CSS (the South Shore Line)
Class III: Several short sections, eg "San Diego & Imperial Valley Railroad" on the Orange Line and the Blue Line there.
Also Municipal Districts eg Southern California Regional Rail Authority (Oceanside to Fullerton).
