Hello in Manila! My wife is from Mindanao, and we are getting ready for another trip to the Philippines (see the thread about longest flights). You probably know that Mindanao has no rails (unless I'm wrong), but on a trip last year I thought that Cagayan de Oro could use an elevated light rail system. and I am working on a simulation of one.
