Staff facilities

What are the staff's quarter's like? Are they ususally full, or is there space for more?

I assume you're talking about the facilities for the on board staff. One the eastern trains where there are only 10 crew rooms the Dorm is usually near capacity, while on Western trains wehre there are 16 rooms I believe the Dorm is usually half empty. On select Western trains part of the dorm is sold for revenue space so passengers and crew share a car in that situation.
