For those who may not be familiar with Railway Age, it's essentially a trade publication for the railroad industry; as opposed to Trains, which has a more general and fan-oriented outlook.
While not a subscriber, I read RA's article excerpts and editorials online regularly and find the material and viewpoints very interesting.

I have a similar shot, with Bay Bridge and downtown S.F. in the background, taken from likely the same platform on the way to an Oakland A's/Baltimore Orioles game at the Oakland Coliseum in 2007.
