Capitol Limited disruption?

I'm looking at a trip to DC from Cleveland this month on the CL. On the Amtrak website, a couple days it says canceled and on at least one other day, it gives that announcement about one of the portions of the trip in unavailable. Are they still working on daylighting some of the tunnel near Cumberland? I can't find anything about service disruptions concerning the Capitol Limited other than "canceled".

It could be that it's sold out for the date in question.
