Lately CSX has been finishing up some MASSIVE track work north of Indy. So seemingly random construction related slow orders might be the cause.

I think a Midwest line would be the most preferred. I think some where near Indy IN, Cincy OH, Northern KY, or Fort Wayne IN would be the best. I like the Idea of a Chicago stop, but where would you put it? In the Chicago area Interstate + RR = Developed Area or $$$ land AND In Northern KY...

I don't know if this is considered famous but I met a Salt Lake City radio DJ on my last trip, coming home from Colorado.

I was Skiing at the Winter Park CO ski resort I think I even saw (& waved at) your train. I left out of Chicago on the 21st. Now I've got to start my traveloge & change my signature ^_^

This happened once to me on the CZ to Colorado. The Southwest Chief was running late so Amtrak let the CZ run without a coach. So they packed about 20-50 people in the lounge and some had to sleep there all night till we reached Denver (I think). I have never seen anyone do this by choice.

It is a cool ad ,but I don't know why someone tried to make a blanked out F unit and some streamlined cars look like a P42 and an AMTK Superliner. For that model train goes in tunnel; real train comes out of tunnel affect. They should have used a Walther's P42 and some Walther's Superliners...
