I'm an Amtrak employee working the Empire Builder, Seattle to Chicago. I'm married with two children, one girl aged 12 and one boy aged 10.

I've worked in customer service orientated and or restaurant environments for more than 25 years. I've been with Amtrak for more than 8 years.

I'm happy to assist Amtrak's past, present and future passengers in any way I can. I respond to all PMs and do enjoy posting on the forums here at Amtrak Unlimited.
