    I believe the Charlotte Station was built by Southern Rwy, when they moved from Trade St. To make way for an underpass in the late 60's.

    At least she was notified by Amtrak,a few years ago we were switched with out notice.When we boarded at SAS the sca did not have us on his list.We were switched to Trans sleeper.

    In 2015 we stayed at the Hampton Inn,and rented a car. We were able to walk to the downtown area.Also visited Aspin,as well as Tennessee pass,Rifle Falls.
