67(19) service disruption

Does anyone know why 67 is showing service disruption this morning in Princeton NJ?

946 has been a bit of a trouble maker recently from reading the NEC Facebook page. I can tell you this much about that unit. I had a head end ride on it in May. My god I thought my brains were rattled from a softball off the head.. Every interlocking I was bounced around. Even had a turkey vulcher fly into the front of it at 110.. That was rather amusing. Ask me for the story next time anyone sees me.

They aren't putting much into them since they are being phased out. Additionally, a lot of people aren't that familiar with them these days. They don't know how to deal with them since there aren't many in service.
