90 Palmetto cancelled 12/28 - is there a way to see the reason why?

I was supposed to take the Palmetto (90) from RVR to BAL today however I received a call from Amtrak and was told that it was cancelled so, I just changed our rental car to one way, had them refund the tickets, and drove home. All I can find is "service disruption" but was just curious if there is a way to find out what the cause was (mechanical maybe?) It is unusually cold along the East coast so not sure if that has anything to do with it. I do see it had moved northbound quite late but is stopped with a status at 7:56 p.m. "Service disruption" in Yemasee SC.

I read on FB it was mechanical problems and they bussed the pax onward.

"Someone stated the radiator fan on the locomotive stopped functioning. Passengers are being bussed." <-- what I saw on FB
