One afternoon on a cool fall Saturday, Mike and I set out with our cameras. There were about seven or eight cars in the train that begged to be explored, but unfortunately no engine. Each car was different than the next, but all were stripped down to the basic structure...

They pull out their iPads and smart phones to check. When you see them sitting on the sidewalk begging for food, they are really just keeping an eye on their devices charging using the outdoor outlet hidden by the trashbag that holds their clothes.

Looks like one that sat abandoned on the NOPB line here in New Orleans. The LA Steam Association actually owns it though.
