Amtrak #6(13) with two Northern Sky cars

The eastbound California Zephyr heading to Chicago today has two private cars with it from Northern Sky Rail Charters. First is the sleeper-lounge Northern Dreams followed by the dome car Northern Sky.

Here is Amtrak #6 passing through Agency, Iowa nearly an hour and a half late:

I was in the last sleeper of the Zephyr that day, unfortunately not in the private cars!

I noticed the diaphragm wasn't quite lined up horizontally w/ the superliner sleeper (and obviously way off vertically) and it seemed to sustain a bit of damage throughout the trip.

I haven't heard of Superliner diaphragms being damaged by being coupled to single level cars before. I'm sure Amtrak wishes they had more transition dorms to spare.
