I just booked my amtrak acela tickets, and they say i'm in row 17, but when I looked at the seat maps their is no row 17, what gives?

Row 17 is either the first or last row (depending on direction of travel). It shares a table with Row 16. That's what I'm seeing on my seat map when I go to "View/Change Seat" on the app. Which car are you in?

Then you should see row 17. I'll be in car 6 in a few weeks and I see row 17 on my map
Just looked at the map on Amtrak's website. They're not showing the Acela business class cars. Only the First Class cars for Acela and the business class cars for the NER and Palmetto. If you have the app, you can view the seat map from your "ticket". I'm guessing you may be able to also see it via the website (by logging in and pulling up your upcoming trips ??)
