Amtrak's corporate headquarters is in Washington, DC at 60 Mass Ave (Union Station).

The facilities in Wilmington, DE include the Centralized National Operations Center, T&E/OBS training facilities, the Amtrak station and the Wilmington diesel and electric shops. Nearby are the Bear, DE carshops as well.
