I went to the On Track on Line Site tonight and I find the CF-7s are out of service and can somebody please tell me why this CF-7 Diesel Switcher went out of service and when?

They went out of service around the year 2000, when the P-32-8's got bumped to switcher service with the delivery of more P-42's.
