Amtrak - Truck Collision in Maine

CNN just reported a passenger train collision with a truck at North Berwick, Maine with several injuries. Said news helicopter was on the way. The first aerial picture shows the level crossing with what appears to be a lot of debris (but it could be something else). No sight of the train or the truck in the picture.

Patricia Quinn from the Northern New England Passenger Rail Authority said she was told that both the truck and the train caught fire.

What's the record for most collisions in a year?

CNN's aerial photo now shows the trailer clearly on its side. Confirmed the driver died and that there are serious injuries on the train.
