BOGO Ticket Cancellation

I purchased BOGO Amtrak tickets during the sale that just ended on Feb. 16 but need to change my dates due to a family emergency. When I tried to modify the tickets online it wouldn't allow that and there is no option available to cancel them.

Do I need to call AMTRAK for a refund or voucher, or are these non refundable tickets? (No where did I read they were nonrefundable.)

Did you read the Terms & Conditions? I believe it was stated there that they were non-refundable.

I believe for any non refundable ticket you will get a voucher for future Amtrak travel that is good for a year.

Following up on this question. I called Amtrak and they modified my BOGO reservation to my new requested dates but I lost the special rate, even though the revised dates were in the BOGO qualifying dates. At least I'm not out the entire amount--just had to pay the difference.
