Boston - Pittsburgh

Has anyone take the train Boston to Pittsburgh or a similar length ride (13 hours) what do i need to know? Is that a tolerable ride?

an excellent idea, if you can get a deal consider Acela Express @ least part of the way (say BOS-NYP or BOS-Philly! )Sometimes the deals make it close to the Regional fare and thats a deal! Take some music or something to read and snacks if you dont care for Amtrak fare! :lol:
