When I try to update or add I am returned to the signin page when using IE5 on a Mac. It works fine using Netscape 7.0.

We've tested the application on a variety of platforms, including Windows, Mac, and Linux, with myriad versions of browsers. In my experience, IE5 on the Mac has a lot of rendering problems not just with MileTrak but with a lot of other Internet sites as well. I think the issue is that IE5 on the Mac is not smart enough to recognize that an anchor (#whatever) doesn't mean, "jump back to the sign-in page", but rather, "jump down the current page".

I agree that it is probably an IE 5 problem and not yours. I began having trouble with it about 2 months ago with online banking. I have now switched to Netscape 7.0. (I can't use 7.1 with my operating system) So far it seems to solve most of the problems.
