Bussing from the KCY Mule

I heard from someone that they are bussing from the KCY Mule part of the way to KCY becuase of track repairs...can anyone confirm this

Amtrak passengers traveling between Kansas City and Jefferson City will make a portion of their journey on a bus for two weeks a month from March 1 to May 8, the Missouri Department of Transportation said Monday.
