CA Zephyr

I will be taking my first CA Zephyr trip in about one month. 08/27/07 from CHI-EMY to be exact.

Prior posts indicate the last detour date for the CZ as 08/05/07.

Does anyone know if this date is still good or will work be pushed back further as I understand happens frequently. I have my little heart set on seeing the Rocky Mts!

I haven't heard of any expansions to the work window, but if they did fall behind on the work, this would probably be the week that they would announce an extension.

If you get through next week without hearing anything then I'd say you're probably safe.
