Cascades derails in Tukwila 6/26

I wonder if the engineer saw a problem with the tracks ahead, initiated an emergency stop, but the train couldn't stop before derailing at low speed?

I managed to find the spot on Google Earth. It's probably under a mile from the Tukwila station. The train has just left so speeds were probably pretty low even though they accelerate pretty quickly around there. The switch seems to be part of recent BNSF track expansion including the future track three through the station.
