Club Car used in the movie "White Christmas"

I've recently seen the motion picture "White Christmas" again (one of my favorites) and I've always wondered about the club car/sleeper used in the scene in which the song "Snow" is sung. Was the interior of the club car based on a real club car? If so, what railroad used it?

I just watched that too. I would guess it is "only for the movie". Could be wrong.
