December/January Amtrak Ink released

This issue primarily focuses on the 2012 President's Safety and Service awards for 2012. There are a lot of interesting highlights here, both internal as well as customer facing. Of note is a Valor award to the CZ crew that dealt with The 2011 tractor-trailer collision.

I wasn't sure when in Dec it had been released, as I checked at the beginning of the month, and hadn't seen it posted here when I searched, so figured I'd share this with the rest of the membership.

I think that the award stories are interesting information in their own right; in addition to shedding some light on some of the internal workings of Amtrak, it helps put names to achievements and successes, as many times on the forum all we read about is where people have had problems or issues.
