dining car menus?

i have a few of the menus from an amtrak trip in 1996.

i'm curious what they are serving and what the prices are like now. i'll be riding the california zephyr in january '07.

is this information available online? i've looked everywhere on amtrak.com

not sure how i missed that. wow, the prices have really gone up. not that this surprises me, all aspects of life cost more now.

Wow, I hadn't seen an Amtrak menu in a while . . . some of that stuff sounded pretty good! Of course, it might lose something in the translation.
