Does travel insurance cover train delays?

I need to catch a flight at the end of long train trip. I notice one can buy travel insuranec which says:

Some of the covered reasons for Trip Cancellation and Interruption include:*

Common Carrier delays resulting from inclement weather, mechanical breakdown, or labor strikes

So if Amtrak is delayed and I miss my flight, am I covered? Their website is:

Amtrak is a common carrier, and, in general, scheduled train travel is covered. However, every policy is different, so you really need to contact the policy administrator to confirm.
