EB 8 appears to be on a different track tonight (11/22)

Just checked me daughters train on the Amtrak Track-a-train and it looks like they are on a different set of tracks bypassing Devils lake and Grand Forks and heading straight to Fargo. It looks like it may have saved then over two hours. Any ideas as to why and is the new normal?
