I have an eVoucher that is about to expire. The original payment was several years ago (original ticket purchased pre-Covid, trip cancelled due to covid, bought NY-Montreal ticket, Amtrak canceled the route for a while and gave me a 1 year voucher). I want to use the voucher for a trip to Montreal during fall foliage season (late September-October) but can't do it this year. Is there any way to extend the voucher by another year? It will expire before tickets are available for September 2024.
Or, what if I buy a ticket for, say, June next year. Then, in a few months, will I be able to change the dates to September/October?
