On my trip home from NYP to BUF last week, I noticed that they were working or have been working on the rock wall stabilization. Glad to see it moving forward. What will this save in travel time? Probably a few mins max, but ever bit helps. I think it would normally be 60mph through there, but I think the speed restriction has been 10mph and it seems to last for a few mins.

60 MPH = 1 minute per mile

10 MPH = 6 minutes per mile

So 10 MPH track, half a mile long, would be covered in three minutes.
