How you ask?

The Heartland Flyer is going to operate all the way to Dallas for the Red River Shootout on October 7th and it will bring you home on October 9th.

The train is scheduled to depart from Oklahoma City on October 7th at 8:25am and arrive in Dallas at 2:15pm on October 7th.

The train is scheduled to depart from Dallas on October 9th at 2:45pm and return to Oklahoma City at 9:39pm

Initial fares are set at $61 each on Amtrak's website 09-02-05... (fare

subject to change without notice)

Note:

This is the regular run of the HEARTLAND FLYER, extended from Fort Worth to Dallas. It will make a round trip between Oklahoma City, Fort Worth, and Dallas on both Friday, October 7th and Sunday, October 9th. It will operate normally between Oklahoma city and Fort Worth on Saturday, October 8th.

So for two days only, there will be two trains (HEARTLAND FLYER and TEXAS EAGLE) in each direction on the UP tracks between Fort Worth and Dallas.
