Lead Service Attendant
Well I was so bored at work tonight that I decided to figure out how many people an Amtrak train could hold if every single seat in every single car and every single sleeper room was filled. So here is what I came up. I might be off a a hundred or two since I included all cars that Amtrak owns and leases out like old heritage equipment. It was fun to figure out.
Revenue cars:
Coach seats : 67,105 (includes business and first class)
sleepers: 6,422
TOTAL: 73,527
