Issue with date on Rail Pass. Help with this please

Good day, I have 4 segments remaining on my pass from the $299 promotion. Went to book and got the following error, problem, or whatever it is called code of "You've a date that is not valid for your multi-ride ticket. Try a different date". Pass is valid thru the 9th of this month. Any help or information as to how to proceed would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Are you trying to use a rail pass? That is not the same thing as a multi-ride ticket. (I've never used either, so don't know how to help you)
