Was wondering if anyone has had issues with lost luggage in the past. I traveled on 02/27-02/28 from SAC-LAX. Had four bags, only two made it. I have been contacting LAX often asking if they have showed up...and getting no where.
I've been on the phone with a rep now for about a half hour while she calls all the stations between SAC-LAX. Anyone know the process before I'm reimbursed for the luggage? It's been two weeks so I don't have high expectations that they'll show up.
