MADISON, Wis. - The man charged with making bomb threats that forced Amtrak's Empire Builder to evacuate in Portage, Wis., last month will plead guilty, his attorney said Tuesday, according to a story in the Appleton (Wis./) Post Crescent from Associated Press. Michael Dean Conwill, 35, is "adamant" that he doesn't want a trial, said his attorney Joseph Sommers at an arraignment hearing Tuesday.
