Map help?

Yes, the Amtrak status maps at asm.transitdocs.com will show you all Amtrak routes and all major highways. And if you zoom in far enough you can probably spot individual city streets.

I was looking at the map for the Silver Service/Palmetto routes and I noticed that right after the station in Savannah, GA. the red line representing the routes appears to take an almost hard 90 degree turn to head toward Jesup. But that appears to be incorrect because the tracks run east of the station and then start to curve toward the south-southwest.

Do you mean the FRA map of Posts 2, 5 & 16? If so, here's what I see in that area:

Much as I love riding Amtrak, I couldn't live anywhere else but Kauai. Just makes the train more of a treat when I visit the mainland.

I loved Kauai, try to get there when ever I can, but would miss the RR if was there all year round.
