So I guess plans to do a daily Texas Eagle from CHI-LAX and the cut-back of the Sunset has been put off until fall??

Or later. Rumor has it that negotiations with UP have not quite concluded in a way that enables immediate execution of that plan, and further negotiations need to take place.
