Does anyone have any experience with the Meridian, MS Amtrak station long term parking? We are looking to drive there and ride the Crescent to New York sometime. Amtrak says there is long term parking, but it would be nice to hear if someone has knowledge of it or has used it.

The Very Nice Renovated Station ( it also serves Buses) and Parking Lot belong to the City, whose ex-Mayor used to be on Amtrak's Board of Directors, hence the Remodeled Historic Station.
There are like 15 Long Term Parking Spots along with Day Parking, for a Fee, but not sure what the charge is now? I haven't been there since 2014.

Contact the City of Meridian for the latest info! They have a Rail Museum and a Jimmie Rodgers Music Festival, it's an old Railroad Town.

Actually, it's not just renovated, it was built new in 1997 as a true intermodal station with Amtrak, Greyhound and local buses.

Also note that the late Gil Carmichael, also a big Amtrak supporter, is from Meridian.
