I read that NOLA just had a first class waiting area and just made that assumption. Is there an actual enclosed lounge?

Yes there is an enclosed room in NOL for first class pax. It is rather small by comparison to other lounges, only holding about 15, max 20 people. There is only one TV set, bottled water, & a coffe maker. One must go outside to the main hall for food and to use the bathrooms.
