NE Regional from Manassas question

We will be taking the NE regional from Manassas, VA to NY in Oct in Business class. The platform isn't exactly long there and apparently there isn't an information board or anything. We recently moved to Gainesville VA so close to Manassas. My question is for anyone who has done this route (we've done it from Union Station to NYC many times-both Acela and NE regional, so we know about the actual train). We usually use Red Caps in DC and NY. It appears the train doesn't pull up all the way so how do they handle boarding for Business class? I have some knee issues so I don't want to have to trying to get to the car by being in the wrong spot.
