Food in the diner is one of the highlights on a long distance trip.. That food looks good, I hope they remember to heat it to a decent temperature, I hate lukewarm "hot meals" !

looks good. loking forward to our eb/cs trip next month to test it out. considering how difficult it must be to stock and cook the meals for a dining car i think amtrak and its employees deserve kudos.
